    There seems to be a lot of success with this program once people hear about it. It's so interesting how fasting, even moderately, can have so many health benefits. Good work maggiesedai! Made it through FD 2 today and really felt fine. I love how much energy I have.

    Nancy, I read in the book that it can take several tries to figure out what works for you. If you're interested in this plan, just keep playing around with what works for you. Everyone has to go into it with a plan that works best for his/her body. Good luck.
