Cathe, What do you think about using weights or weighted gloves while doing kickboxing? And if you think this is beneficial. How heavy? I find that if the movements are real quick, it may not be a good idea, unless the weight is light. And where would you recommend purchasing weighted gloves...

Cathe, I do not know who Lisa is, however there are two other girls, Andrea and Hope. I think that one of these girls must be as tall as Rhonda and have long brown hair, pulled into a ponytail.??? So which workout is Lisa in? And how tall are Andrea & Hope? And which one has long brown hair...
