Will there be names for these 3 workouts such as that given for the other Shock Cardio workouts - or will they simply be called HiiT1, HiiT2 & HiiT3?

The times for the ab circuits - range between 15 and 20 minutes.
The times Mesocyle 1- 50 - 58 minutse
Mesocycle 2 - 43 -69 minutes
Mesocycle 3 - 46 -68 minutes.

I am going to do both.
I will only be doing 2 or 3 of the 4 sets of squat rack legs. I will do this on Monday along with doing 2 or 3 of th 4 sets of the upper body workouts.
Then in friday, I will do plyo legs entire disk.

Yep, I too realized this after starting Meso2, but I am trying to wait until the Power Tower becomes available. But I may just go ahead and get something else.
