    Making own plate/pace weights dumbbells

    Sounds cool if it works. Definately need strong magnets. I have both a set of pace weights and plates mates and I think the magnet is stronger on the pace weights. I think they are great for dumbbell weight increments you can't buy - like 11, 13, 14,etc lbs.

    Lulu, i don't know why, but sometimes I feel like that as well. Although less lately than I used to. But I think you should go ahead and take the pictures so you can look them over years from now when you may feel differently.

    Linda, thank you. But I cheated Drill Max, (sorry Drill Max) it was actually 483 calories burn. So I am sure if I would have done the last drill, I would have been well over 500 calories. Maybe next time.

    Back in October, I did all but the last drill in Drill Max and burn 449 calories. I use the Bodybugg to track the calories burned.

    I had adult braces and just got them off about 1 year ago now. The blue you are seeing may be the sealent that the use to bind the braces to your teeth. When you go in for your cleaning the hyginist may be able to help you with that.

    Has anyone used Angie's list?

    Laura, I have used Angie List. I paid for a year service but have let it lapse. It has been about 3 maybe 4 years now. I haven't needed to use them again. At the time I think I was checking out Electricians.
