Ok here are mine:
1.) It's Friday!!! (sorry, Shel--don't mean to copy ya, but it's true...)
2.) I have only one more week left until the Marketing course from HELL is over!
3.) I have a bag of skittles in my purse that I can't wait to eat!!
We're only talking about using the platform during static lunges and alternating front lunges (a la GS Legs). I can't imagine trying to do walking lunges and having to move the platform every time you step forward!
OMG STOP I'm blushing!!!! :o
I seriously doubt I came up with that on my own, though--I'm not that smart. I probably read it somewhere else on this forum years ago....I think Kathryn suggested it and I totally copied her. I found that it worked perfectly--taking TONS of stress off my knees...

There's a new commerical on the radio that I've been hearing a lot lately where a...
:o:o:o I watched Apollo 13 last night and cried like a freakin' baby. I've seen that movie how many times? But then everytime they come back into the atmosphere after everyone thinks they're dead and everyone's waiting for radio contact and then you hear Tom Hanks' voice and...omg I have to...
That is a valid point. I think you'll notice in the future though, that if she were to break down the drills the workout would a.) be longer than 30 minutes (and the point of 4DS is that all the w/o's are only 30 minutes) and b.) you would be incredibly bored once you've done the dvd more than a...
