    I wear black workout shoes. All of my workout shorts are black so they match and they never look dirty. This is my first black pair, but I'll continue to get black from now on. I really like that they show no dirt.

    Workout DVD regrets

    Cardio Sculpt by Billy Blanks - the pace was just too fast for good form and effective strength training. Back in the 90s, I bought a Karen Voight step workout. It was the most boring workout I ever bought. I only did it once.

    Fav Cathe Dvd

    Kick, Punch, & Crunch!!! It's the most fun. I'm a step fanantic and I like step much more than I like kickbox, but KPC is just so much fun to me. I'm surprised that a kickbox workout is my fav Cathe workout, but it is. I love the music and the combos.

    Need help with thighs

    LIS will whip those thighs into good shape quickly. All of Cathe's lower body workouts are good for shaping & slimming the thighs, but when I do LIS, I see results that I hadn't experienced doing anything else. I also notice significant changes in my core.

    How often/How long do you workout?

    I workout Mon-Sat. Mon-Fri I workout usually 60-75 min. On Sat, I workout 90-120 min. I rest on Sun. How many days per week I do strength, cardio, or cardio & strength changes from week to week. I like to change it up and follow a different pattern every week just to keep things interesting.

    Circuit Workouts

    When I add other workouts into the Workout Manager, I don't add in all the exercises that were done in that workout. I only add in one exercise just so that I can save the workout.
