    I definitely agree with that. For me, Imax3 is my personal archenemy. When... (if...) I manage to do it without any rests, I feel like a hero. And I've injured myself twice on the first interval - I've NEVER been injured with another Cathe's workout, ever.

    I started doing mine and I am kind of shocked, since almost all my results are about twice as high as the average. I dont know how this is possible.. I am overweight and my BF% is 38.

    Heather, with HIS - especially the 3rd section - I find it easier to do if I just listen to Cathe without looking at the TV. But once you learn it, its great! Hope that helps. Krasy
