    Which would be best - bench or step?

    I have both the step an a bench. I bought the one that the men in STS use and I find it fantastic. I use the step only for cardio. I had slanted risers but I sold them after I got the bench and I will never regret that...

    6 mo rotation, Meso 3 legs

    I did both workouts in meso 3. On Monday I did plyo legs instead of cardio, and then the squat rack later in the week between the two upper workouts. I liked it that way. I bought a Vallor squat rack (not the stands) and love it. If you could write a letter to Santa...... :) that would be great...

    Anyone absolutely exhausted doing STS?

    I was most exhausted in meso 3 - the weighs are very heavy and in the end I had no strength left whatsoever to do cardio. I added 30 min of cardio after each workout in meso 1 and 2, but 3? - no way!
