    For great cardio without needing the step I'd recommend Kick, Punch and Crunch. It's an awesome workout! Another great one is KickMax. For step cardio I'd recommend Imax, Imax2 and Imax3. The step portions are repeated so they get to be easier fast and the intensity blasts are excellent.

    Imax2 felt fantastic. It's amazing the difference it makes that my cold is finally gone (it held on for 7 weeks). The walking lunges were assisted by listening to Cyndi Lauper...kept me moving. No leg DOMS for me yet...I'm hoping I'll get some later this week.
