    SO excited for a "forced" rest week!

    I always find it a bit joyous after 4 weeks of a rotation to be freed up to do other things for a week, too, like yoga, walk, extra cardio, etc. :)

    Did you do the 1RM test for legs?

    I did some of the 1 rep maxes for legs. Some of them, I wasn't sure exactly what the exercise was, do figured I'd wait. Some of them with one or two stars I didn't do, esp towards the end of the 1 rep maxes. I was really sore from doing these! I did all the ones I could figure out with 3 or...

    I'm exhausted after a long day and doing disc 2 at 5:30 a.m. and am going to snooze here. I have enjoyed disc 1 and 2. I have had to adjust my 1 rep maxes on a couple of exercises, but for the most part they are a pretty good target for me and encourages me to lift more than usual...nice...
