    Definition of bootcamp cardio?

    Cathe, I just read your description of the new workouts and am really looking forward to them. However, I was wondering what you mean by "bootcamp cardio"? Do you mean cardio with lots of jumping jacks, squat thrusts and other similar moves? Just trying to get a feel for exactly what you mean.

    Ques about CTX

    This is a great series, and it is not intermediate, by a long shot. The upper, lower and core work in this series is just terrific, and doesn't require a lot of equipment.

    Neck strengthening execises?

    I'm not Cathe, but ne tip is to keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth when doing ab work. This seems to help with neck tension. Also, roll up a hand towel and use it for support when you need it. Make a very conscious effort not to pull on your neck with your hands.

    I'm not Cathe, but with all the premixes you could do a circuit workout with the emphasis on the upper body one day and the lower body the next.

    You certainly have more stamina than I do, but I may try to do an abbreviated form of both of them together. I don't care for all the leg presses and static lunges in PLB so this would be a good combo for me.

    ROTATIONS AVAIL. FOR CTX & S&H FOR WEIGHT LOSS?

    You can do CTX cardio and add one muscle group of S & H per day instead of the CTX weight work. I do think the CTX ab work is excellent so don't forget your abs. I did a CTX rotation last year and lost weight with it. I only worked out five days a week and didn't use Leaner Legs.

    You can always just start doing the workout and see how far you can go. Once you get tired, click to the cooldown. That's the way I've learned to complete a lot of workouts.

    Cathe, do you consider...

    I generally like to separate cardio and weights, but I do use circuits when I miss a workout. That way I can get the benefits of both and keep to my schedule. Also these workouts have pre-mixes so you can separate the weights and cardio if you want.

    "Smells like CTX" rotation using new workouts

    RE: I like it very much. Will probably do first section of KP&C on day 2, but I like the idea of having an open day to do what you want. So many times on rotations, you need a change to break things up.
