    What has STS taught you so far?

    Well, 1. I am so much stronger than I thought I was. 2. I love to hurt. 3. I can get pass the intense burning while doing leg work. 4. I really had underestimated my overall fitness abilities. 5. I prefer lifting weights than doing cardio...which SURPRISED the heck out of me!!!!

    difficulty doing cardio on off days

    I have been able so far to do 3 days a week of cardio. But I have to admit, yesterday was HARD OMG! My legs were already fried from disk 14, and I could not believe Cathe had SB as our cardio for the next day. Come to think of it, I am still whencing from disk 14.

    Be Proud Good morning Connie07, Do not beat yourself up for not finishing the w/o. The important thing is you were wise enough to listen to your body; sometimes the strength and/or energy simply is not there. I hope your lower back feels better soon.

    Bath & Body's Cashmere Shea body lotion, it remains on the body even after a shower. I love it. Hope this helps.

    It would not bother me, in fact I would prefer it; because some days the energy just is not there.
