    How long is your run? U may be depleting your sodium levels when you run long which is leaving your body searching for salty things.... Try adding in an electrolyte drink during your run and see if that doesn't squelch your savory cravings:)

    Kathryn, for crackers you dehydrate longer, and for flatbread you won't quite as long. You will make it a little doughier, and I like to add flax meal to it too (golden has the best taste for this)....But really it just boils down to using a bit more water to mix, and a little less dehydration...
