So ok! I saw this thread & decided to give it a try this am. WOWZY! Vey nice low impact and gives burn effect! I will be sore tomorrow for sure! Thanks for this thread.
Hell of a half is in 4 weeks! This half is gonna be tough including 2 big hills & hot weather! I've done 2 HM before but nothing like this one. How often should I do hill trng? Once a week or twice? I can do it on my treadmill.
So I finished 1st leg DVD of Meso 2 & used my vest. Wow! I was surprised how heavy I could lift with the vest on! I used to squat 32lbs DB (64lbs) but today I lifted 80 lbs for the squat! I would definitely use the vest again.

Same here! I could do it but very careful coz I almost twisted my ankle ( I don't remember which Cathe DVD has those step taps). It's better to modify:)
Has anybody done these workout back to back? I did TTM extreme this am & all I can say is WOW! I was totally drenched down to my underwear! If I'm sore tomorrow I will run instead.
