I downloaded Cardio and Weights awhile ago on my IPOD, but I never got a chance to look at it until today. It is skipping on certain parts of the workout, should I try to download it again?
Everything everyone said is true about this workout. It has been at least 2 hours since I have done it and I still can't move. I had no problems with the cardio...but the core... modification has become my best friend.
I did this one today and although it is supposed to be 44 min, I am sure that after all the rewinds, it was more like 60 mins. I still didn't get the tripe step move.
I did MMA Kickbox today and it was great. However on the 3rd combo , I had a little trouble with the last move, defintely going to have to work on that as well as the push planks and the toe touches.
My sister and I take turns ordering and paying for our Cathe products. This time it was on me and I received one order, but haven't received the second one, hopefully I will arrived after the holidays. I selected USPS.

I have a quick question about the rotation for this month (posted to ask cathe, but I know this is a busy time). For the last week of workouts, is leaner legs the only weight training scheduled?

First workout for active recovery was Powerfit Legs & Shoulders and Cardio Timesaver Premix from BM2. The powerfit workouts are very lite and uses a lite resistance band. Very beginner workouts, but just what I need after 8 weeks of Mesocycle 1.

Today was my standard DOR. 2morrow I will start my recovery week from Meso 1. I am going to do cardio everyday this week and see if I lose at least 2 lbs this week. Defintely going to clean of my eating.

I completed disc 12 of STS last nite and today was KCM Cardio Blast Premix 1 - Atlthletic Step w/ 1 plyo. I am so looking forward to recivery week. I have all my new DVD set and ready to go, plus I defintely have to get in running for my bext 3 5ks.
8 weeks of mesocycly 1 completed today with disc 12. Not a whole lot to say, very good workout. One more cardio and then I am going to defintely recover.

I am doing the 6 1/2 month rotation of STS. I will be finishing up with disc 12 on Friday and after Sat cardio w/o headed into recovery week. I have been posting on the STS forums but I feel silly always posting to myself. Would it be ok if join here?
