    PLB - Whew!!!

Yep, tomorrow is when you will really feel it. This is by far the only lower body workout that makes me sore for at least 3 days afterwards and I have done all the others like B&G, L&G, GS legs, 4ds legs, you name it. It's great! Annette

    Heavier Dumbbells

Academy Sports always has all the different weights and their prices beat Sport Authority anyday. I've purchased everything I use now from my Cathe step/high step to all the dumbells and I looked at several places including Sport Authority before going back there. JMO Annette

Another vote for gym styles. I have Pyramids, S&H, PP, SS etc. Gym styes is by far the best for overall definition and strengh, imo of course Annette

    Pyramids or Slow & Heavy

    >I own all of Cathe's weight workouts and without a doubt, I >have had the most transforming, incredible results using Slow >& Heavy. It's too bad that some people who own it, haven't >given it a chance to work its "Magic!" It's the best. > >Sarah I'm giving the S&H a second chance...

    Ab Workouts

Another vote for Ab Hits, I have both as well but find myself grabbing AH more often just for the reasons mentioned, time. I definitely get a good burn from this. Coremax is great to, but I find that I only do Coremax 1 the most and I just wanted some other choices that didn't require any...

B&G or 4DS legs? Which is harder?

So interesting to hear what each person thinks is the hardest leg workout. I've done all of them several times, including GS legs. While I agree it's a very good overall leg workout, I'm never sore and it's not because I'm not doing the weights or going to light, usually I'm going heavier...

    Ryan Shay

I just read about this. It's very sad. I'm also curious what he died from. Usually when someone dies like this it stems from something that has gone undetected for all of his life. A life cut way to short. Very unfortunate and so very sad. Annette ;(

    Hardest Ab Routine

    >This is so crazy, but Core Max routine #1. When I first got >this dvd, I thought that the stab ball routine or the med >ball/stab ball would be really tough, and they are but, >routine #1 takes the cake in my opinion. I get great >definition, and Cathe really hits the abs hard! Umm...

    SS

Not Cathe, but I wondered the same thing when I did this for the first time two weeks ago. I love the workout and unique moves but would have liked more bicep/tricep work to go with all the shoulder work It's no big deal because i just added addtitional sets to compensate for it but yet I was...

10 reasons to run 10 miles...

I'm a firm believer in all of that. I haven't been able to run in the last month due to my ankle injury but love this time a year to just go outside late in the evening with the ipod going and just run anywhere from 3 to 7 miles. It's funny, after the 3rd mile it suddenly gets easier and I can...

    Goodbye Sprained Ankle--Hello Stepping Again!!!

Lainie, I guess that's what I did to my right ankle on Sept 7th, Friday nigh. I was bored and home alone so had the bright idea to do the cardio blast from Drillmax. BIG MISTAKE, first it was midnight but I wasn't ready for bed just yet, so I got to about the fourth blast where Cathe is...

    Who gets one???

I can honestly say I've never had a flu shot. Knock on wood but I rarely get sick, if I do it's a mild cold and that's it. A lot of people get them. I think if you're prone to getting sick such as flu like symptons once or twice a year, then it's a good idea to get one. Annette
