    why is it so hard for me.......

    I am terrible with rotations. I think I've only ever stuck to two or three all the way through. I didn't stick with CLX after 5 weeks. It's one of the reasons I don't have STS, although I think I could stick to doing just one meso and sometimes I consider getting meso 2. I just like variety.

    I find that if I do Gym Styles straight after S&H, my weights go down in the GS workouts. So after an S&H cycle, I do a week of only kickboxing and cardio workouts to recover. Adam

    I love S&H and find it is the best for building muscle if used for maybe 2 weeks, then with a 2 or 3 week break in between. I don't find it boring either....just great classic weight training! Adam
