    KIck Max in NYTimes

    I love Kickmax too. There are so may ways to use it. I find that I am reaching for it frequently. I didn't expect the conditioning drills to be such a workout. I feel those when I am doing them and the next day. I may just have to do it tonight. Jo

    WHY???

    I don't question why you are in Iraq but aren't you the same guy that doesn't want to rebuild New Orleans? There are lives that have been devastated there too. I have family that lost everything in New Orleans but that is still home and they want to go back.

    You could just modify Cathe workouts. That is what I did when I first started. I just did the workout and modified it when I needed to. Somedays I still modifiy on some of the moves. Jo

    I am right there with you on PlyoX - it is a tough workout. My legs are fried when I am done. I use that workout from P90x the most often, putting it into a rotation with Cathe workouts. Jo

    Low Max: An Anaerobic Workout?

    Most of the time I just do the blast premix as an add on. When I do the blasts one after another on an 8" step my heart rate goes up. The blasts do fry my legs. I do like the entire workout but opt to do the entire workout on days I want a slower paced workout. Jo
