    Yep, I'm getting them because of the sale. I've read a lot of reviews about some breaking and some not. I have a lot of the workouts listed above, I just used a harder stretch item that worked fine. But, since these are on sale, I'll try them.

    Hi, Conni today's workout was HardStrikes. I'm trying to follow this months rotation, but I had extra time and subbed this one for 40/20. I love MM. I was missing Rhonda and glad she's in this one. The inner thigh work makes me cry.

    Cecfifi, RS is so much fun. The music is fun and energizing and you will get a good sweat. The leg work at the makes me scream, "Mmmmooooommmmaaaaaaa." I hope you get to do it one day.

    Hi, Conni Today, I did Greatest hits premix 3. It included step portions from SJP, BM2, and Step Moves. Very fun. Monday's are always get back on track with eating days for me cause I use Sunday's as a cheat day. I don't loose my mind on sunday's. I just always have dessert.

    Oooooohhhhhhh I hope so. Having the times listed beside the premix helps you choose which ones you can fit in. I think they normally are, but I just wanted to ask. Please and thank you.

    When I eat bad carbs, they show up in my belly. Good carbs show up only in my energy level. They help me stay energetic. So why do I eat bad carbs? Cause they are so darn good!

    Roxie, thanks for the update. ((((((((hugs)))))))) I so enjoyed my rest day yesterday. I love Sundays. Workout today was half of AfterBurn. I'm still sore from ROKO on Saturday. Yikes. I need to do that one often.

    Yes, No I didn't get Pyramids in yesterday but, I did my own cardio and upper body workout today. I think I will try next months rotation from Cathe. I have never followed one, but I will try my best. I think she puts a lot of time into planning them and I want to give one of them a whirl.
