    I use my daughter's plates and bowls and that helps a lot. So they have Disney Princess or Hello Kitty on them -- A cup of cereal looks like a lot in one of her bowls, as opposed to my monster cereal bowls. Cereal is where I really need help in the portion control department! :)

    Calorie readouts on cardio equipment

    I don't even pay attention to the calorie readout on my elliptical -- I know it's a load of crap. Apparently, when I do Cardio Coach on mine, I burn 1800. I don't think I burned 1800 calories during my marathon last fall!!!

    Not safe at all -- it remind me of what I used to do until I got my squat rack -- I had a bench to do bench presses on too -- I raised it up on my aerobic step and several risers. Not safe not safe not safe! My life flashed before my eyes every time I did a leg workout.
