I've always wanted to watch this show, but my schedule never permitted it. Now that I have a DVR, I can (and did) record it and I watched my very first episode last night! I'm going to love watching the journey of each of these amazingly brave people.

I got my tower yesterday and put it together in no time flat! I was a bit concerned about the "wobble" factor, until I attempted a couple of pullups (with my feet on the floor - NOT Cathe-style). It was solid as a rock. Now I get to look at it for at least another month while I PT my shoulder...

Woo hoo! I hopefully will be able to start STS again in about a month (after MORE physical therapy for that pesky shoulder). SNM - Can you tell us how LARGE this package will be? I have it being shipped to my office and now I'm wondering if it will fit in my car! Will it need to be assembled? :(

The tower will be here SOON! And I hope that I am healed in time to start STS over (and FINALLY finish it - I have YET to get to Meso 3 and I've started it twice).

Thank You Ann - thank you so much for sharing this with us. I am recovering from another strained tendon (with another 6 weeks of PT) in a shoulde I already had surgery on last October. I'm going to check this dvd out and hope it helps. Thanks again for sharing!

Belinda - I'm sorry you have injured yourself and I know what it feels like to not be able to finish (I've started twice and had to stop after Meso 2 because of injuries - stupid ones caused by ME)... hang in there. Prayers coming your way for the MRI results to show no surgery is needed!

Word of advice? BE CAREFUL with lifting a heavy barbell for chest presses. Let me have made that mistake for you - I too, am waiting for the tower but on Meso 2 decided to go ahead and hoist the 60 lb BB up (like a seated clean and jerk) to do chest presses. Well..........ANOTHER shoulder...
