Dear Cathe,

As I huffed my way through HALF of Drill Max today I thought ... thank you so much for pointing out, with such a beautiful and evil smile, what a mess I made this summer of my fitness achievements from STS as I spent several months drinking cocktails with friends, sleeping in, not exactly eating clean and obviously not spending enough time with you or my treadmill. I will now begin visiting you regularly during the week so you can pound into my head (and shoulders, quads, glues, hamstrings) how foolish it is to "fall off the wagon" since you are always ready and waiting to point out my foolishness and laziness. Yup, I was indeed reminded why it is I need you so much! :)

Hehehe - I could have written that letter to Cathe - except that I've been sidetracked due to injuries (caused by my own stubbornness and stupidity).
 
Jen, your post made me chuckle, because I could have ALSO written that exact letter to Cathe!! Tonight it's Bootcamp for me... can't believe I let myself fall off the wagon so hard the last few weeks. Back to the grindstone, and this time I'm STAYING on track!!! It helps to know I'm not in this alone.:)
