    Ultimate Yogi

Thank you all so much for the feeback. I'm keeping Ultimate Yogi on my list, but I'll most likely get one of the shorter/cheaper versions to try out first. Thanks again!

    Ultimate Yogi

Has anyone done this yoga program? I love Cathe's weight training, tabata and HITT videos and I can't wait for XTrain. I'm not a big fan of yoga. The slow nature doesn't appeal to me and holding the poses is very mentally and physically challenging. But, I'm noticing that I'm rapidly losing...

    Anna's Cathe Compendium, Part One

Wow - thanks so much. This is fantastic!

Anthony Diluglio dvds on sale for $29.95 this weekend

Thanks for letting us know! I've just started working with kettlebells and I've wanted some of his DVDs, but haven't wanted to pay the steep price. I just ordered the Kettlebell Clinic. I can't wait to get started.

    Workout Cards?

Great idea! Why didn't I ever think of going to the chapters menu? I used to constantly stop the DVD the first time through to write down the exercise, but it takes so much time to finish the workout, I gave up. Thanks for the suggestion!

    Workout Cards?

Does anyone have workout cards for any of Cathe's strength training workouts that they'd be willing to share? There was a thread that suggested downloading them from fitfig's blog, but the cards weren't available when I went to the site. I love the workouts, but I'm too lazy to make my own...

    Pillow Advice Please!

I've had neck trouble for years and have struggled to find a comfortable pillow. I just bought a Mediflow water pillow from Amazon ($35) and love it. You can adjust the water level to your liking. My husband tried it and liked it so much I bought him one too. I also have a temperpedic pad on...

review on RevAbs by Brett Hoebel

I bought these a few years ago and didn't like them. I've completed P90X, Insanity, Chalene Extreme, TurboFire and STS, and RevAbs didn't compare. I felt like they were intermediate level. Perhaps they'd be good for maintenance, but I just couldn't get excited about them. This is one of the...

    Has anyone tried Turbo Fire?

I did Turbo Fire after P90X and Insanity and I LOVED it! Unlike Insanity, there was no dread factor for me. The workouts are tough, but the music is great and I liked Chalene's style. I will say that I have no rhythm and it took me awhile to get the moves down. I did the "New to Class"...

Best home method for facial hair removal

Great question! Has anyone tried the No No? I've heard that it works well if you use it regularly for six weeks, but I'd love to hear feedback from the Cathletes before I splurge (it's expensive).

    Leigh Peele?

I just learned about leighpeele.com and I'm wondering if anyone is a member of this site? It looks great, but I'd appreciate any feedback. I'm not interested in theoretical advice about why we should exercise, eat well etc. Rather, I'd like specific recipes, workout routines (specifically...

Does anyone have Rev Abs? If so, and have done a rotation of it what did you think?

I purchased it a few years ago and never got into it. I liked the trainer and his style, but I thought the videos were too easy. I've done P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, STS and many other Cathe videos and found them all to be intense, engaging and worth every penny. Not so much for RevAbs. I've...

    Wen hair care

I've colored my hair red for years and am always frustrated by how fast the color fades. The first several times I wash it (after it's been newly colored), it looks like I've been shot because there's so much color running down the drain. I started using Wen last year and this is no longer the...

    Squeeze Stronger after STS?

I just finished my first round of STS and LOVED it! I'm pleased with my results, particularly my upper body. I'm not as pleased with the results for my legs and butt, so I'm going to start the Squeeze videos by Tracy Effinger for my lower body. Any thoughts on whether the upper body squeeze...

Peak Fit Challenge/Michelle Dozois - For Advanced Exercisers?

I haven't tried them, but I've heard their great. According to some of the reviews I've read, many people are saying they're advanced. I'd love to hear what anyone has to say whose actually tried them.

What are the workout flooring options again?

I know of a few people who use double sided tape to keep their mats from sliding. Or, maybe one of those mats used underneath area rugs to keep them from sliding. If you find a solution, I'd love to hear it!

What are the workout flooring options again?

Of course! But, I haven't made a final decision on the flooring and don't want to invest in more mats if it's only a short term solution. For now, I may use double sided tape on the bottom, but the sliding is actually minimal.

What are the workout flooring options again?

We just built a gym in our basement and right now I'm using puzzle mats on top of the concrete floor. These are okay, but they slide around. I'd love to get something called Plyorobic rolls, which I've heard are great for high impact workouts. They are not too expensive, but they cost almost...

    After STS?

I'm loving STS and will be finished by the end of the summer. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do after STS? I've got cardio covered, but would appreciate input on weight training. Is Gym Styles too similar to STS? I don't want to invest in GS if it's the same thing as STS. In...

    Insanity Fit Test

I've done Insanity, P90X, TurboFire and I'm almost done with STS Meso 1. I appreciate the trend of featuring people in the DVDs who, like me, are pushing themselves mentally and physically to get through the workout. To me, it's much better than the 1980s legwarmer ladies with full sets of...
