I just finished my first round of STS and LOVED it! I'm pleased with my results, particularly my upper body. I'm not as pleased with the results for my legs and butt, so I'm going to start the Squeeze videos by Tracy Effinger for my lower body. Any thoughts on whether the upper body squeeze workouts would be a good follow-up to STS? I'd like to change things up, but don't want to lose the muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!
