    DVD Format..did it change for Ice?

    My Rockm Sockm DVD didn't play in my DVD player and the other ones seem to be fine. It plays fine on my computer.

    urgent help before i order

    Cathe wrote on another post: The modifier will be showing modified options wherever necessary throughout the workout to make the exercise more doable/comfortable/or lower impact. I hope lower impact is shown, this is why I pre-ordered.

    My DVD player is about 12 years old and I bought it refurbished one. I'm glad my computer plays them. They were inexpensive so I'm happy.

    mine don't play in my DVD player but play fine on the computer and my portable DVD player. Not sure if I want to return them. I tried two last night - #3 and 4 - those were easy to modify to no impact. Thanks Jengollf for the wonderful reviews of each workout.

    I tried a few Insanity workouts on YouTube to see if it was easy to modify to no impact and it was. I bought this for $25 off Ebay. I still get a very decent workout. I love Shaun T!!!

    I have to agree with Amanda. I love LM Combat. I have rented 3 of the UFC workouts - they are good - but not good enough for me to buy them.

    I'm not familiar with Cathe's site - just Livestrong. Here are their suggestion and why I picked Sedentary: Sedentary Select if you work in an office or at home and sit most of the day. Even if you exercise a few times a week, you should track that information on separately on MyPlate...

    I use Livestrong to track my eating and exercise. My activity level is sedentary since I sit in front of a computer all day. You need to list your activity level as to what you do most of the day without counting the time you work out. I hope this makes sense.
