    Help with lunges

    Hi Mary You could try using no weights and a body bar or broom stick for support until you feel strong enough to go without. Soon you should be able to do them with out the support and then you can slowly add weight. Just a thought, good luck.

    I don't really have a rest day, per se... I guess I consider the MIS LB day with the yoga/pilates sort of a rest day since it is basically 20 minutes (albeit a hard 20 minutes!) of lower body sculpting. My usual rest days are pilates or yoga anyway.

    Popping in elbow

    Hi Cathe and Educated Crowd Quick question, sometimes, not always, when I am doing lying chest presses, tricep chest presses or overhead presses I get a popping in my left elbow. It does not hurt but feels wierd. Any ideas about what it is or means? Thanks,
