    LIS is so much fun!

Cathe, I finally got to try LIS and had so much fun with it!:-) I think the Hip Hop is now tied in first place with the Pendulum as my favorite step move. It is so cool. In fact, the whole workout is cool. :D I cannot wait to dive into the other workouts in this series. You have a...

Squeeze may need a warning label

I did the Full Body Squeeze workout on Monday. I used 3lb. dumbells, btw. On Tuesday, I was a little sore, but figured it would work itself out. So I did a 30 min. run. I was still sore, so I did a Stretch Max segment and went on with my day taking a pain reliever. As the day went on it got...

It is okay to rest. Your body will thank you.

I think very often we work harder than is really necessary. Two years ago I was very overweight. I prayed for the Lord to help me to lose the weight, a doable plan of exercise. He did. The weight came off steadily with walking on a treadmill, pilates (Denise Austin) and cutting my portions...

    Wow - First Elliptical Experience

I love my elliptical! The hills are harder on it than my treadmill. I still run on the treadmill, but the elliptical gives me another way to get a great cardio workout without the pounding. I think it is an excellent piece of equipment.:-) And Cardio Coach is awesome, too!:-) Enjoy! Sandra

How often do you wash your comforter?

And here I was just wondering how everyone cared for their king size comforters only for the sake of cleanliness, not even thinking of them being infested by critters! Yikes!:o All our comforters have not held up to washing in my machine. They break down quickly or plain get a tear, because...

    Food - Paul Dean

Paula Deen is a hoot! I love watching her, because she and her sons seem so natural at what they are doing. And her kitchen is so pretty too. I have adapted some of her recipes to healthier versions. And have some in my notebook that are not adapted, but are waiting for a special occasion to...

I had a MORTIFYING thought about Cathe last night

    >Here's a thought. When CATHE is older, that means WE'RE older >to. So if she's still filming new workouts they'll still fit >us just fine. Just a thought! > >Cheryl But have you noticed that her workouts seem to be getting more advanced as she films? Just consider the pre-order workouts...

Cardio Coach fans please read ASAP

Nancy, I am the untechnical CC fan, I suppose. I just download them and copy to a cd. I looked into ipods for possible Cathe workouts in the future. Those with video were around $300 and up. I only looked at Amazon. You might want to check into those while you are shopping. Sandra

    BLOG UPDATE!! :)

    >>I applaud Cathe >for her entrepreneurial spirit. She's clearly ahead of her >time. > I agree with the above. Cathe is a genius.:-) However, for me, it will depend on how this all works. I am not interested in buying workouts that I already own. I already have most of Cathe's now. I also...

Cathe or anyone - which barbell do you recommend?

If you scroll down this page, http://www.fitness1st.com/Troy-Bars.html ,you will see the Troy Lite Workout System. It is the set Cathe uses, and I have it too. I am very happy with it. Hope this helps.:-) Sandra
