I was hoping for Total Body -- we can always get the abs off the other two DVDs.

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but I was wondering about core workouts? I've loved having two core workouts to add on. Will Fit Split have anything like that?

I ordered TWO sets -- one for me and one for my daughter!! Got free shipping -- ha ha. I want to support Cathe when she puts out DVDs. So afraid everyone will go for streaming only (we have terrible internet service). BUY DVDs!!!!! JMHO.

I would LOVE a premix that combines the push/pull weight work into one total UB workout. I know it's tough with them on two different discs, but in 4DS all the UB is combined to make an amazing UB workout.

As an alternative to that premix with the core at the end that lacks the plunge lunges, my favorite is PM3 under mish mosh It incorporates core work into the end of each of the boot camp rounds. It includes the plunge lunges and ends with the stretch. You might try this one. Just did it...

Love this thread. Cathe is my favorite, but I need variety. Where do you get MetaShred Extreme (B.J. Gaddour)? I tried totalfitnessdvd.com and Amazon, but they don't seem to have it. Any others by Gaddour that are really good? I don't have any of his. P90X3 gives me UB doms! I'll do...

I did the UB premix from Cross Train Express (with heavier weights). It's tougher than any of the new workouts! I also love Step, Jump, and Pump -- great music and a real fun factor!

I've read that icing it could help within the first 24 - 48 hours too. Just put a cold pack on for 15 minutes at a time. Hope your elbow will be good as new! Your lesson is a good reminder for us all!
