PHA 3 is my favorite, although I also like PHA 2! PHA 3 keeps my heart rate higher and works some muscles from different angles. The original PHA is my LEAST favorite because she repeats the segments 3 times -- I hate that much repetition. Just my opinion.

Does anyone know WHY the PHAs all have repetition?? Do the Live ones repeat rounds? I don't do S&S because it makes me bored to do the same thing three times -- dread factor too!

I like the new PHA 3 UB premix under Timesaver premixes. That's another for our list! It even gets the heart rate up a bit!
