Have any of you tried the workouts using a body bar for Bodybar.com? A lot of dvds and selected body bars are on sale now at their site till June 15. What weighted body bar do you use? Did you like the workout or any recommendations on any of them. Jera

I tried it last summer and never past the phrase 2. So far, the first one did not do anything for me. I might be a bit toner, but not that much. I was thinking of trying it again this summer and hope to finish the whole program.

I got mine from Amazon for $11. I think there are more used ones that are about this price range. Also Advanced Workouts have some and of course on ebay as well ( you can buy it new on this website). I think it's Lilyrosen (the seller), she's the same person as the one who's selling the dvd...

I'm interested in using it instead of step ( Seasun Zieger workout) where you can use a step or a bosu for the workout. So i guess you step up and down on it. Does it mean I have to purchase the big one or the 3d will do. I still don't understand what's the difference in between them...

I just discovered her cardio kickbox recently, and I really like it. I was going to try the Hi-Lo Med Ball and High Intensity kickbox as well. Are there any of her workouts you like and think it's a good workout? How about Step sweatfest? Is it a decent workout? Thanks.

Thanks for the input. I saw on ebay that there is a 3d bosu balance trainer. Is there a difference between a 3d and a regular bosu? Is there any size difference between them? I'm tempted to buy it, but I guess I still don't understand the difference kind of bosu. Is there one kind better...
