CHALENE EXTREME ROTATION WITH OTHER INTRUCTOR'S DVDS

Hi,
Just wondering if any of you have tried the rotation with other dvds at the same time? Does it work out? If you have, would mind post your rotation so I can see and does it work great?

I found this rotation created by a VF member and tried it out. I liked this much better. The split is using the maintenance CLX rotation schedule.

Generic breakdown-

Monday-split
Tuesday-split
Wednesday-split
Thursday-cardio
Friday-Total body workout
Saturday-HIIT
Sunday-active rest day



Week 1:
Monday-Lean 3
Tuesday-Burn 2
Wednesday-Push 2
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body workout
Saturday- Insanity or Hiit
Sunday-rest, yoga or light cardio

Week 2:
Monday-Burn 1
Tuesday-Push 1
Wednesday-Lean 2
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body workout
Saturday- Insanity or Hiit cardo
Sunday-rest, yoga or light cardio

Week 3:
Monday-Push 3
Tuesday-Lean 1
Wednesday-Burn 3
Thursday-cardio
Friday-full body workout
Saturday- Insanity or Hiit
Sunday-rest, yoga or light cardio

20-30 minute cardio workout before strength workouts.
 
It wasn't very often that I used the cardio DVDs that came with CLX during my rotation, mainly because I don't like doing the same thing all the time but also because I did it in the summer when it was nice enough to be outside exercising. I didn't mind the cardio DVDs. Though, I couldn't figure out why we were doing toning circuit workouts as cardio on off days from Burn, Push, or Lean. I am sure there is some science behind it and we wouldn't overwork anything.
