It wasn't very often that I used the cardio DVDs that came with CLX during my rotation, mainly because I don't like doing the same thing all the time but also because I did it in the summer when it was nice enough to be outside exercising. I didn't mind the cardio DVDs. Though, I couldn't figure out why we were doing toning circuit workouts as cardio on off days from Burn, Push, or Lean. I am sure there is some science behind it and we wouldn't overwork anything.
