hi sirensongwoman.....it's out of stock at shopcathe, but u can get it at walmart.com...it's called the altus turbo tower.....it's the exact same thing it just doesn't have the cathe logo on it....or u can google and see if they sell it elsewhere cheaper than walmart....HTH:)

sadie i agree with u.....it does not make me bored....it makes me want to be up for the challenge to see how much i can do.....even tho when she says ok that's 4 down and four to go....i'm like u have got to be kidding me....b/c depending on which one we're doing i feel like i'm about to swallow...

i don't live in any of those areas....but some of those classes sound deliciously brutal.....lol.....would love to try a few of those:)....especially 1,3,11 and 13:).....oh and 7, b/c i have heard lots about crossfit and would love to try it one day to see if i like it:)

i've never tried the low max/imax3 hi/lo one....but i think that one might be in the works now.....sounds like a super toughie one....thx for this one:)

i don't remember the step portion in the timesaver one, but u are going to have soooo much fun with rhythmic step.....i love this one.....let us know what u think when u finish it:)

if this is the black one with 4 risers.....then that is an excellent step.....that's the one i have (and i think many, many others), and i have had mine for about 4-5 years now and use it very, very regularly and have had absolutely no problems with mine....i looked online also when i saw this...

hey susanzabo.....i really like the rebounder b/c u can get a really good, low impact workout on it, but i think if u have low ceilings in ur basement then it might be kinda tough....i'm only 5'3 and think it would be tough for me to do it with low ceilings....but if u can find a way around...

i tried the gel upshots and i think they were good shoes, but they were too tight for my feet....so now i have a pair of new balance and a pair of reebok zig techs....but u have to find what works for ur feet and what u will be using them for.....b/c i actually tried another pair of rbk zig...

i actually just bought the urban rebounder, b\c it was on sale through groupon.....i bought a different brand from academy last year to go with my xtreme UR workouts and didn't use it much b/c it felt so awkward and not loose enough.....and it looked much more fluid on the dvds.....so i bought...

i believe body max and body max 2 are 90 minute workouts.....wowza......and two tough ones too....i love maximum intensity cardio and would love another one like it.....i may have to pull one of these out soon:)

hi buneknek, i think it depends on the shipping method u choose....i live in tx and i usually choose the one that costs me $4.95 to ship....but there is also one that is i think $7.95....but i think those are different carriers....u can click on shipping to see how much it will cost b4 u begin...

hi wonderwoman....i'm not an expert, but u can lose weight and not necessarily go down in clothing size or clothes not loosen up b/c a few pounds could be water weight or other things....i think that's why experts say to measure yourself also, b/c when u lose inches that's really when u can see...

i second what trixoo said.....both are so awesome but in a different way....GS legs is gonna leave u soooooo sore.....in a good way....hope u njoy them:)
