    Pilates

    Since I had foot surgery last week--Pilates is my exercise of choice for now. (I had incorporated it over a year ago, too. ) I like Stott, I really like Jennifer Kries Original Precision Toning. I love what Pilates has done for me that traditional ab work--(even plank work) does not do.

    what kind of vitamins

    Hi--I am in peri-menopause, too. I have found a soy supplement to be really good--no hot flashes and I do NOT take HRT. I take 400 E, Glucosamine chondrotin, and Q-10 enzyme. Then, I take a good multi like Theragran --too. I feel good on this program. Murph
