    I use the lids off of the lettuce, baby greens, spinach, etc. containers that you can buy in the produce department. Works better for me than any of the above and I can recycle them!

    MMA Fusion :D

    I am not 50+, but almost 50 and I found that if you have a rebounder (and a little space), that gives you some oomph to get back up. (Remember to press into your heels) I am loving all these workouts so far-the challenge is wonderful. All I need to do is develop some coordination!
