I like brown rice and either green peppers/onions or 1/2 package of onion soup mix. And just a tad of butter. I use one cup of rice to two cups of water and boil a little bit longer and then simmer. I will also cook chicken and rice in the oven as well.

You ain't kiddin' I was hurting for days not the next day! LOL Legs/Glutes and Leaner Legs are great too.

I did Firm's V5 today with LaRhene, and talk about feelin' the pain! It ranks right up there with Firm's Tough Tape 1 and Standing Legs. Not to mention Cathe's Gym Style Legs. If y'all ever need a good leg workout. I think my hiney has been lifted in a whoooole different way! LOL

Not a domestic diva at all. Always a constant mess. Plus I have 2 children. Much rather take a nap, read, workout and be on Forums than to do housework. I would like to clean and keep cluttered free for at least one day. But that doesn't happen.

I found a sample of Anew for 25 cents at church garage sale. I really do like that product. A few weeks or so ago, I found the mother lode of Mary Kay, eye shadows and bases. I stocked up. I put my stock in the frig.
