    I don't like Scorpion for the same reason. Glad I'm not the only one. :) I also can't do moves that involve going down and coming up fast, like Burpees. I get dizzy if I come up too fast. With walk out planks I have to modify and come to a crouch rather than stand up at the end.

    I agree. I often struggle to find time to do longer workouts. I really enjoyed the recent express Live workouts. Another Perfect 30 style would be great. Also, either low impact cardio or higher impact with a low impact modifier. Another Cardio Party 2 would be great.

    I like to blend my own too. I also like to insert a few breaks, so I don't have to pause the workout to get water, stretch, or whatever. That way I know exactly how long the workout will take.

    I noticed that too, so I blended my own to add the standing firewalkers in. There is also an error in Chapter 13 Side Lunge to Crossback where the equipment has Dumbbells and High Step. the High Step isn't used for this exercise. Only Chapters 16, 17, 18 & 19 use the High Step.

    On Demand issues with Mobility Fusion

    Yoga Fusion Timesaver 3 is wrong. It does the standard warm-up, and balance moves then instead of going to the bonus it repeats the warm-up and goes on to sun salutations, cat cow and finishes with the warrior chapter.

    Heavy bag

    I also have a free standing one and use it for the heavy bag segments. I find it raises the cardio level and works the core and other muscles more as you have to absorb the impact.
