    Did you change your name when you got married?

    I did change my name. I was so sick of the misspellings and mispronunciations of my 5 letter, German last name. If I had been career-settled, I might have hyphenated.

    I did the Total Body 2 premix of Amy Bento's All Pump Extreme (80 mins). Yesterday was Drill Max - what a toughie that is!!! I am convinced Cathe is superhuman and I tell her that regularly during the workout....

    Ok to use dumbbells for barbell work?

    I don't have a barbell yet, but I use a body bar type thing for when I need the balance tool (i.e. on my shoulders when I do dips or lunges). I use my dumbbells for all of the barbell work, i.e. 10 or 15 lbs in each hand for bicep curls (and the evil cackle), the bent row and dead lift, etc...

    Let's add on to the graceful topic.....

    The first time I did High Step Training, I was doing the fast feet and my step flipped up, hitting my calf on the way down! My son enjoys laying on my mat like it's nap time when I do my ab work, so I always need to be careful there, too.

    IMAX's choreography?

    My first Cathe workout was Imax2/Cardio and Weights. It took me a few tries to get the right starting foot on certain moves and of course to get the straddle taps but they are incredibly fun workouts. I'm somewhat directionally challenged, if that helps!
