    Oh, and cardio will be included in STS; I don't remember the exact details though. I know I've read about it in FAQs. I'm also a similar body type to yours, and my body reacts very quickly to strength training, which is why I think we would benefit from STS during weight loss.

    Forgot about the endless reps in Muscle Endurance!

    ME kicks my butt! I was so proud of myself the first time I got through all of those bicep curls with 10 lb weights. I still shave off a couple of those static lunges and tricep dips (one of the hardest exercises for me), but I can almost do all of them now.

    Thank you! I think I will try doing the workouts consecutively and see how that goes; I am used to doing high-impact stuff on consecutive days. Then I'll have a good idea of how to incorporate the individual workouts into my overall routine.
