I assumed I would be alternating these with other workouts, but find myself wanting to just keep doing them. It’s nice to feel accomplished, but not annihilated
I did this one yesterday, and loved it, too. I picked up one of those Kamagon water filled balls awhile back. Started using it with the STS 2.0 ab workouts, and it worked nicely on the halos here. It’s kinder to my shoulders than a barbell plate
Ilaria Montagnani’s Atletica workouts proved that you can take kettlebell style moves, and tailor it for dumbbells and bodyweight. Would love to see Cathe’s take on a similar functional format
