    How many days a week are you at this intensity? Exhaustion can be a sign of overtraining.... More than 5 days at a high intensity could be too much for u. Make sure you have rest days ... At least one full and a moderate workout on another day.... Your body needs rest in order to produce results.

    Yes I've tried chocpb2 ... It's ok but no need to make special order. Just add one tsp of organic cocoa powder or carob powder to regular pb2. That stuff truly is brilliant though!

    Not knowing exact height and weight measurements it's hard to say precisely but yes in general your calories are good for your activity level and for losing 1-2 lbs per week. Aim for more on workout days and less on non workout days:)

    Well I have one for raw Popsicles? Will that work? It's easy. Raw Whole Popsicles..... 2 avocados, 2 bananas, 1 tbsp cocoa powder....blend altogether in food processor or blender and freeze in Popsicle trays or in paper cups with Popsicle sticks! Should make 7-8 Popsicles! I love these!
