    I am very surprised that STS isn't mentioned here. That is precisely a strength and potentially muscle-building program.     I am a subscriber but am unable to play any of the videos. I always get an error message after pressing play. I also have OnDemand APP, and use that without any problems. Do you have any advice? (I've deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times already).

    Well, yes, theoretically. But my point is that I am UNABLE to watch the Blender videos using data or wireless. This is for Blender only -- on demand works fine. This is an ongoing problem. I haven't been able to watch any blender videos outside of home for a year.
