    What has STS taught you so far?

    1. Consistent Yoga practice is a great compliment to STS ~ especially after leg day! 2. There is not chair worth sitting on when DOMS set in after an STS leg workout.

    I concur with others about a sensible plan. try reading this book: Eat to Live by Joel Furhman. Follow his 6 week plan to jump start your healthy eating habits then follow with his life plan. PS In his life plan he states you can be 90% on the plan and have 10% wiggle room.
