    Hi all. Burn circuit 2 today and then my new dvd Reach - WOW!!! Now thats a workout! What type of workout, you ask. I don't know. Pilates, but not, yoga but not, ballet..... kinda, but not. Kari Anderson is the instructor and its surprisingly good. Im very tired now. Beds looking good.

    My point, overall, has been missed. I have read other forums. Other forums want to know what type of workouts the consumer likes, dislikes, etc.... I don't believe they require input into which production company to use, what clothing to wear, to use so and so as a background exerciser...
