    Yep! Yes! I plan on acquiring a squat rack and doing that version, definitely. I'll also use a weighted vest. The highest my barbells get are in the low 80s, but that's still too heavy for me to lift over my head.

    My suggestion is to try eating less salt. It causes water retention, which can manifest in bags under the eyes.

    I think it's fantastic that husbands are joining. It's a workout that is appropriate for either gender. My husband does not care for DVD fitness. He's rather do it on his own. However, I'm hoping that maybe I'll have decent results and he might be interested enough to try it himself. :)

    I checked out my downloaded rotations and apparently I downloaded the STS 3-month program twice (although only once instance appears on my workout calendar). I deleted it and now it says 15 workouts this month, which makes sense. I may delete the rotation and just add them as I complete them...
