See, I have to agree with you Laura. The first time I did this workout I also felt it way more in the quad area then the butt. I'm not saying it hasn't helped in the glute area but I just didn't feel it at all the next day like everyone else did. Slightly stiff at best.

Have you tried High Step Training (Advanced) and High Step Challenge? Tons of leg presses, squats, dead lifts etc. Both focus alot on lower body along with the ones already mentioned above.

I also noticed that and thought it was odd that Brenda who normally wears the longer version is now wearing the crops and Cathe isn't. Not that she doesn't look great because she does along with everyone else. Maybe Cathe just likes changing it up a bit.

I don't know, I'm also 5'6 and couldn't do them the first time I did the workout but can do them now. I wouldn't say I have long legs but proportioned okay I guess, weight 117 if that helps. Its still tough, I struggle on the last couple of them for sure.

I have had 4 different shipments in the last several weeks with the last order delivered on May 25th and I still haven't received one. Just throwing my two cents in for what it's worth. I live in the Dallas/Fort. Worth area if that makes any difference.

Actually I have done that. I just did PLB two days ago and own B&G, L&G and GS Legs. That ball does make a difference, i usually do extra sets even after she had moved on to the next exercise.
