    Workout Clothes

I love the outfits but for me, one of the benefits of home workouts is that I can wear anything! As long as I have good footwear and a decent bra for high impact, I wear any old tanks and cotton shorts that come with pyjama sets. I'm glad nobody sees me....

    Perfect30 Perfect Pump Lower Body

The heaviest dumbbells I own are 10kg (just over 20lbs in US money, I think). I can't hold both at once either, the grips are too thick. I do own a barbell with enough plates to make it up to 35kg (70lbs), so there might be a way I could modify and use that in the Lower Body for a heavier...

    Perfect30 Perfect Pump Lower Body

This is the one that scares me the most - I'll try it soon but I will be going lighter!

How To Download Your Perfect30 Pre-Sale Downloads

Got it the very next day, thank you Cathe support team.

    Perfect Flow Mobility Basics

I have literally just finished this one with the flow core add-on. I loved it, and it was a mood lifter too. Some new takes on moves like thread the needle. I'd love a whole one hour Cathe focused mobility routine - does such a thing exist already? PS: Looking at Brenda, I realised today...

    Perfect30 Perfect Pump Upper Body

I don't have any weights heavier than 20s so that was my maximum on this and I went a little lighter on some moves - 12s, 15s. I liked it, though.

High Impact Hiit is a HIT!

I watched this one and felt terrified! But wen I actually got down to it, I found it was a do-able challenge - not one where I had to stop the tape and cry. I've been doing a lot of advanced steady state cardio rather than HIIT intervals so I was worried, but it was just right.

How To Download Your Perfect30 Pre-Sale Downloads

I couldn't find my download code either - I'm not convinced I ever got one and I started to worry that maybe I hadn't actually bought the Perfect 30 but I do have an order confirmation from 19th September. I requested new codes a couple of days ago but nothing yet. Maybe it's because it was...

Video Clip of Cathe's Perfect30 Low Impact Hiit

Was umming and ahhing but have taken plunge and pre-ordered the downloads (am in UK and don't want to wait for shipping!) on strength of this clip. Looks like my kind of thing and the download only price for all three seems great value.

Cathe: changes to your fitness regime as you've gotten older?

Yes :) Past two months, kind of as an experiment and kind of because these dark times have made me nostalgic for the old days, I've been doing old 80s workouts almost exclusively. I'm loving them and I've got leaner, slimmer and fitter, my body really has changed. Only caveat is that most of...

Cathe: changes to your fitness regime as you've gotten older?

I'm 58 and I've become fitter and stronger than I've ever been since I started working out to some of Cathe's routines early in 2018. My fitness level has always been ok, but I think the biggest change was that Cathe made me think about using heavier weights. I'm no spring chicken and I still...

    Just did a Cathe download

:) The download service is great for people like me in the UK so I can order and not wait for delivery! I have just this second bought Body Fusion and Low Impact Step - they are recommended as 'beginner' and although (thanks to Cathe's workouts) I am now in the strong intermediate/getting...

Is Step Boss considered Intermediate or Advanced?

I so admire anyone who can use wrist and ankle weights! Wrist weights make my wrists sweaty and I end up ripping them off and swapping out for dumbbells...ankle weights always give me a knee injury ...I can't even imagine wearing a weighted vest, I think it would just drive me crazy and make me...

Is Step Boss considered Intermediate or Advanced?

I would agree with that - I consider myself a strong intermediate moving into advanced. PHA 3 pushed me pretty hard. I used very slightly heavier weights because mine are in kilogrammes not pounds. I've now done IMax with and without a step and I was working out but not at the level of PHA3...

    IMAX4

I'm recovering from an injury then a chest infection on top and I've bee worried about whether I could handle the choreography in this one - yes, I know it's not the Sync one but I have really only ever done basic moves on a step (like in Cathe's Bootcamps) or used it as a weight bench. So a...

    PHA 3+Ab Stacker

Love this one - agree it's got a great cardio kick. I only have the PHA from LITE with which to compare and it is a good deal more advanced than that one.

Cathe New Series Perfect 30 workouts?

Yes, I often do 30 min workouts then add on one or more of Cathe's bonuses. I love the Cathe ab and core ad-ons after any workout.

Cathe New Series Perfect 30 workouts?

I love the sound of this - I bought the Fit Split Series a few weeks ago because I like to work out early in the morning before work so I could - as the name suggests - split it and do the cardio one day ad the strength another, or when I get home later that day. I'll be pre-ordering. :)

    Music

I've only done the PHA but I have watched the others -must admit I'm one of those exercisers who never really notices the music though....it all seemed fine to me.

These new workouts are so much fun!

So far I've only done the PHA and Abs 2 but loved them - I've gone and got peroneal tendonitis now -NOT because of the Cathe workouts, I was doing something else (probably with too heavy a weight and/or not proper form...) so it'll be a few weeks until I can try the others. Gutted! But I am...
