    Thanks for the advice Lady's:D syzygy314 ... were do you get the plate mates? The only sports store around me is called Dicks sporting goods and they don't caring them:( They sound much better then pulling sacks out of your gloves :eek:

    Just finished STS disc #1 .... oh boy!!

    I just got done Sts week #1 Legs.. My flipping legs are killing me today!! Is this normal? I did a treadmil workout this morning 50 mins inclining every 10 mins.. they felt better after with a good stretch. Man I am so looking forward to Sunday!! LOL

    Meso 2 - starting today and psyched!

    I just started Meso 1 yesterday ... I agree with you I hate the pushups.. just cuz I suck at them lol!! How was the results with meso #1? I am doing #2 tomorrow only thing I am not sure of is the pull up bar! I don't have one big problem! What did you do for that or do you have one?
