    My daughter got me a live subscription for Christmas so that has been my focus versus the DVDs. Cathe Live #288-Hooked on PHA...I think these are my favorite type of strength routines. Great cardio effect too!

    There is so much variety and over 60 instructors these days. I definitely have my favorites. Can’t beat the music for me! Especially with cycling or cardio classes where it keeps me motivated. I still prefer Cathe for strength.

    Unfortunately, this is not why I pay for the monthly subscription. I enjoy taking classes live. I use several other platforms with no issues. Of course there will be a glitch here and there, but their customer service is always apologetic when it happens.

    Definitely wasn’t the same as usual. And I know it always starts a few minutes late. I constantly have to refresh for those first few minutes. Another friend said it started around the 15 minute mark.
