Has anyone tried The Art of Strengh (Anthony DiLuglio) ? His Newport DVD looks alright. I'm dying to get my hands on a good kettlebell workout. I've tried Kelly Coffey Meyers and fitness blenders and am looking for something more advanced. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Oh wow, I've just checked out royale on youtube and I think ill get it hahaha I've never been a fan of outdoor or voice over workouts but royale looks like an awesome workout!! I'm obviously of no help to you lol

Beach body have a streaming service now and I think they offer a 30 day trial so you can watch the workouts to see what you think.

If in doubt, go for green tea. I take the green tea tablets which is the equivalent of about ten or so cups of tea. There is heaps of data about green tea being used for weight loss. Please give us an update though if you do try the Beachbabetea.

Good afternoon, Im having problems again and have run the scan you had suggested. The results were: "PING" ;13 mins, "Download speed";3.56mbphs, "upload speed" ; 0.61mbps. Does this mean I have slow internet?
